Duties Will Include
Dealing with retail transactions
Working as part of a team
Process and ordering products
Taking telephone calls
Promoting offers to customers
Maintaining good hygiene and food safety
Dealing with customer queries and complaints
Displaying goods to attract customers
Cashing up at the start and end of each day
Supporting with customers deliveries
Adhering to health and safety procedures
Someone who enjoys a challenge
Someone who is not afraid of hard work
Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
Great work ethic
Someone with natural common sense and is able to use initiative
Able to work at a quick pace
Able to use initiative
The successful candidate will study a Level 2 qualification in Retail Standards. This will be aided by an Assessor who will carry out all assessments as work based learning, within the workplace.
Hours and Wage
Between 30 and 40 hours per week. Tuesday to Saturday.
£4.00 - £6.00, dependent on experience
Progression onto a higher level qualification
