As a Customer Service Apprentice, you'll work with us to become an expert in delivering great service to our customers who have made purchases instore only within a contact centre environment. You'll be gaining a nationally recognised qualification with Dixons Carphone, Europe's number one electrical and telecommunications retailer and services company. You'll be part of a team of 40,000 colleagues across nine countries, including the UK and Ireland where every day, we use our people's expertise to reach out and help new customers.
Our Knowhow Contact Centre is all about ensuring our customers are placed at the heart of every decision. You'll ensure our customers have a great experience at every stage of their journey over the phone, whether that be a query about the delivery of their product or care plan. As a Customer Service Apprentice, you'll learn how to take ownership and responsibility of customer queries, providing 'right first time' resolution to minimise repeat queries. While always meeting individual and contact centre targets based on the volume and quality of call resolution.

What you'll learn
You'll study a Customer Service Level 2 working with an Assessor who will carry out all assessment as work based learning, within the workplace. Dependent on previous qualifications, you'll also complete Functional Skills in Maths, English and I.T., in addition to a Technical Certificate.
