The Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the largest contact centre in the country. As a Customer Service apprentice, you will be expected to be hard working, enthusiastic and motivated. If you are interested then apply now!

Duties Will Include
  • Working in a busy call centre environment, providing excellent customer service
  • Dealing with various enquiries over the telephone, with the aim of solving the problem at the first attempt, so the customer doesn't need to call back
  • Enhancing the customer's experience, building trust and empathising with them
  • Have a good understanding of the business and it's systems to support clients quickly and efficiently
  • Working as part of a team to achieve challenging KPI's and SLA's
  • Dealing with customer conflict and challenge, treating customers as individuals to provide a personalised customer service experience
  • Use a range of questioning skills including listening and responding in a way that builds rapport, determines customer needs and expectations and achieves positive engagement and delivery
  • Take between 40-60 enquiries a day, meeting individual performance targets based on individual and departmental KPI's and SLA's

    The successful candidate will study a Level 2 qualification in Customer Service. This will be aided by an Assessor who will carry out all assessments as work based learning, within the workplace.

    Hours and Wage
    37.5 Hours Per Week. Earliest start time would be 08:00 and the latest finishing time would be 20:00.
    £5.00 Per Hour, rising to £7.00 after 35 weeks.

They provide expert support and advice, whether it is an enquiry about a repair, delivery, insurance claim, or help with Technical Support.
