Duties Will Include
Distribute press releases
Regularly stock take marketing materials
Update IRIS CRM system, including data cleansing
Monitor and update social media channels and website
Contribute to the development of new creative ideas
Assist with running of photography sessions with families
Provide general administrative support for the department
Provide basic IT support across the hospice
Take minutes in team meetings

Respect confidentiality applying to all Hospice areas
Respect and work effectively with volunteers
Work within Hospice policies and procedures
Comply with the No Smoking Policy
Participate in and contribute to team meetings

Confident in the use of the internet to carry out research

Confident handling data using a variety of tools
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes, such as Word, Excel and Outlook)
The successful candidate will study a Level 2 qualification in Marketing. This will be aided by an Assessor who will carry out all assessments as work based learning, within the workplace.
Hours and Wage
37.5 Hours Per Week. Monday to Friday, with occasional evening and weekend events.
£131.25 Per Week for 6 months, followed by NMW for age after 6 months.
