The Role

Duties Will Include
  • Providing technical support to all landline customers
  • Responding to all incoming calls, emails and letters from customers
  • Logging calls
  • Resolving client issues
  • Managing accounts
  • Providing general customer service duties

    The successful candidate will study a Level 2 qualification in Customer Service. This will be aided by an Assessor who will carry out all assessments as work based learning, within the workplace.

    Hours and Wage
    37.5 Hours Per Week. Monday to Friday.
    £168.75 Per Week (Review after 6 months)

    Progression Opportunities
    Progression onto a higher-level qualification, but it really does depend on what journey the apprentice takes.
